Posterzine
This is a Posterzine Project I did for my Typography 2 class. Our only guidelines were make it have type and make it about yourself as an artist. I focused on my large poster about Islamophobia in the media as a lot of my work focuses on this topic.
Part 1 of Zine: Hello I Am
This is our first section of the Posterzine, Hello I Am. We had to have someone interview us and show a Q & A style to introduce ourselves as artists. We also had to showcase our favorite two projects that showcase our art style. I wanted to show my illustrative style throughout the piece.
Part 2 of Zine: Design Modality
This is the second section of my posterzine, Design Modality. We had to find a Modality that fits our design style or outlook on design. Then we had to find another designer that is also the same Modality and showcase their work.
Part 3 of Zine: Back Cover
This is the third section of my posterzine, just the backcover with credits and links. Also showcasing my handwritten pixel font I used.
Part 4 of Zine: Poster
This is the final section of my posterzine, The large poster. This is the main piece of the zine as its the part someone would hand up in their room. This piece showcases Islamophobia in the media with personal comments that were made to me.
